Like commom sense??
I've have my P990 for about a month, and use it for business, as well as personal use.
The biggest thing I have a problem with is syncing the thing.
I only want to sync it with my pc's (personal and business pcs)
The phone's connected ok, everything works well, however, I can't get any part of the sync to work, including the sync manager!
I've uninstalled the SE PC Suite, and M-router, and I've searched for the answer (but maybe not hard enough!)
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
I would prefer not to use OTA (over the air) syncing....

I struggled for about 10 hours with my P990i and was convinced I had a virus or something. Eventually I phoned Sony Ericsson support and they fixed the problem in about 30 seconds! Unplug your phone from the pc and (flip open) go to control panel ->Connections->USB and select file transfer mode. Then connect the phone and see if the pc recognises it. then disconnect the phone and change back to phone mode (in above menus) and then connect the phone again. You should be able to synchronise it. According to SE there was some kind of driver conflict on my pc but he diagnosed it really well, so you can always try calling them if this doesn't work.
