Watching *.avi on S60 3rd - possible ?

Would like to watch an *.avi I have made.
Is there any player for i.e. Nokie E61i which can play back *.avi-files ?

Use some converter on a PC on the .avi file first. E.g., Nokia Video Manager:

Watching big .avi movies takes alot of power, I suggest you convert it to .3gp, itäs both smaller and faster.

Use smart movie player v3.32 or better by Lonely Cat Games software. It is very good and plays avi files smoothly and better than 3gp & mp4.

Also look at this helpful .avi conversion guide to get the best results & how u can convert music videos in .avi into 6MB and a whole movie under 160MB to fit your memory card without loosing certain quality of the video.

Ive got smart movie on my n73,very impressed gets full films down to about 100 to 200 mb with the handy converter for the pc that comes with it and the quality is still very watchable, u wouldnt think u'd want to watch full films on your phone but comes in very handy on night shift.smart movie is the best ive found so far and easy enough for anyone to use to full effect.
