Video Call and Handsfree

First of all when I try to make a video call it says "network not supported" or something like that. Now my old phone was a K800i and the video call worked fine on that and all I did was transfer my O2 sim into my simfree N95. I'm thinking it's to do with settings on my phone?
Also when I use my Jabra bluetooth headset I can't get it to dial the number when I say the person's name and I think it's to do with the voice synthesiser. Can you not record your own caller name tag?
Please help!!!!

in reply to your first point re video calling check the esttings in

tools/settings/network
check that under network mode it says either UMTS or DUAL MODE

sorry i can't help with your second point

regards

I have the same issue, although I'm not particularly bothered because I don't know anybody else with a 3G video phone. It does it with the settings on 'dual mode'. I'm with T-mobile and I've never made video calls before so I'm wondering if I just need to get my account enabled.

Also, regarding your question about voice tags; according to the instruction manual you can't record your own but it's somehow "intelligent" and learns your way of saying the names. Allegedly.
