Hi there
Whenever I try updating my firmware with NSU I can't get any further than the "detecting your phone" screen as it just endlessly searches for my phone. My PC Suite works fine. I am using Windows Vista Premium and have the latest versions of PC Suite & NSU. I have disabled my Norton firewall & autoprotect. Has anyone else had this problem?
I have attached a screenshot of where it stalls.
