W950i Email Issue - HELP!!!!

Hi all,

Just got a W950i a couple of days ago, and all in all, it's been a positive experience thus far, except one problem.

My company email system is available over the internet, via SSL, and I am able to access this via a normal PC no problem.

I set up the account details in my W950i messaging profile, being careful to set the incoming and outgoing servers to use SSL, with correct port numbers. All should be well.

But......

As soon as I do a Get & Send, I immediately get a KERN-EXEC error message, without it ever getting to my Email. I then get a series of errors (out of memory) and eventually the phone will come to life.

The only thing I can think of is that my corp email uses a specific digital cert, and as the phone does not have it, it does not work.

The error message is very vague.

Googlemail via SSL works fine (most of the time).

Any help would be much appreciated.
