Spot on. I've a pair of these and like them, finding the lack of wires a great freedom. However, the odd cut-out is sufficiently regular to be annoying but too irregular to establish root cause. One other niggle - the connecting band that goes around the neck can get snagged in coat collars, tilting the 'phones. Nuisance factor. It would have been nice to be able to shorten the band so that it fitted snug with the neck. Also, the ear rests are quite thin and hard and can become uncomfortable after about 30mins.
Other than that, a nice way to listen to music on the N95.
