Anyone have a good app for the above.

I have tried the Nokia Podcast app but its a bit clunky - also when you play podcasts and stop one half way through, next time you listen you have to start at the beginning again!

I think the existance of the Nokia one has put the crimp on anyone bothering to develop an alternative.
I am open to corrections though

I actually find the podcasting app excellent. However I've just discovered that you can paste video feeds into the Video Centre (Options - Settings - Video service selection). I've got a sneaking suspicion they'll look much better here because the Video Centre plays videos at full screen; unfortunately I have to wait until I get home to find out because an example is taking too long to download on GPRS 😞

You can play video feeds at full screen in Podcasts too...

The only problem that i have with it is that if you are listening to a podcast and you have to stop half way through, it doesnt remember where you were last time so next time you have to fast forward...

How? I have a band at the top and bottom of the screen and apparently no options.

Are you in landscape??

If you press pause then options then there should be an option which says Continue Playing in Full Screen.

No probs!

Yeah it is a bit odd and its annoying that you have to pause it to do it and to stop it...

Still annoyed that there is no way of saving where you are in the p/vcast...

Any good recommendations for Vodcasts??

You can also watch the video in full screen by sliding the phone down (revealing the music control keys). Doing that will change the phone into landscape mode whenever you're doing anything.
