Hello guys, I just recieved A nokia N95 today. I was reading here that the new firmware is out. I did everything the instructions told me to do. I downloaded NSS and the software updater. I connected the cable on my phone and opened up NSS. I click on the magnifying glass and it searches but doesnt find the phone. I've done a search but found nothing....please help, thankyou.

Couple of easy things to ensure.
1. set the phone in PC Suite mode. - check to see if you can use the Nokia PC Suite - file manager for example .. if that doesn't work you have a problem.
2. make sure NSS is using Virtual USB device. .. should show in the bottom [VIRTUAL USB,BB5]
3. urm I guess you're clicking on "phone info"

The NSS is not showing the information on the bottom. But i can connect to the nokia software.
