Last week I finally got my GPS works, however yesterday I was trying to do a route plan(navigation) - address search it worked fine(internet connected) but once I turned off the connections(3G, WLAN and Vod connection), it no longer allowed me to do address search. Just wondering do I needed to put the phone online each time when I do a address search.
I just called Nokia this morning and they said I needed to turn off my phone and reboot it and should able to fix the problem. and he said it doesn't matter which firmware I am using. Currently I am using firmware 10.0.018.
If I need to update my firmware to 11.0.026, do I need the product code, I am living in Australia
