Greetings,
All the N series have been updated / upgraded with new models.. N7x has got the most models'. But N8x series has not got one new model. I remember reading reviews about N80 and almost all the reviews said that Nokia had packed everything into one phone...
But as of now N95 Looks like something that would have succeeded N80!!..
I just want to know if anyone has any kind of definitive information regarding a new model being introduced in N8x series.. or is it time to shift to N95 ??
Thanks a lot for the information guys. Have a great day.
heard rumors about the "n82" it's everything the n95 has in a candybar form plus xenon flash, rumored to be out 07 Q4 or Q1 08

Greetings
Thank you very much for that information.. You have no idea how happy you have made me..😊 ...
Just one thing.. N72 is the worst N series out there.. N82 😮
Wasn't the N95 going to be originally called the N85 or N83 but Nokia changed their minds at the last moment?

What's the facination with staying in the N8x bracket? N95 seems alot better yet something else could come out to succeed that but at a lower number. Don't think it matters too much does it?
Perhaps they'll go to double figures soon... N110... New phones will always be coming out so to lock yourself to that specific N8x bracket seems a little restrictive.
Kontraband, did anything come out of your Nokia N series study??
I was far happier when Nokia kept to the more predictable numbering system of old... Sure I get that the N-Series are the multimedia computers and that E-Series are business/enterprise targetted but it still so much easier "back-in-the-day". We had the 6xxx series business phones, the 5xxx series quite good but a bit more consumer phones, 8xxx series high end phones, 3xxx series phones for people who thought they were too cool to own a 5xxx series, and 7xxx series utterly bug ridden but still smoking cool 😊

Ahhh yes .. I remember ye olde days of yore 😉...I have fond memories of receiving my 7110 after months and months of trying to get one from orange (F*** b******s). that MATRIX slider mechanism was soooo cool ....until it broke, agian .. and again ... and again.....I still have it minus a battery 😊..
yeah, its getting an upgrade due out this year...
source: the woman I had an interview from Nokia with in London this friday.
But thats all she told me. No big scoop.... just something was happening.
Kontraband did u get any free phones from the lady lol, should have mugged her and got 2 phones one for you and one for me😊

HAHAHA no I didnt 😡 I did get passed a brown envelope tho.. which was a good return for the time spent! 😊
There is already several photos about N81 and N82. And the first one, seems to have an 8Gb HDD inside, with almost the same size of E65.
I'd love a cover for the camera lens like the one on the N73. if Nokia are going to put a decent-ish lens in, then protect it!
Still got a 7 series phone - battery still lasts longer than my N80 lol...
