How do you make an 'Enter' og CR on the N95?

Does anyone know how to make an *Enter* og *CR* on the N95.

You will ie. need it when writing ie e-mails in Roadsync...

then pick the CR/LF char

Three quick presses of the '0' key, when in a text field, will also get you to a new line.
