Want to upgrade n80 to use TruPhone AND keep bought software. Possible?

Hi guys I have an n80 on three contract and i've downloaded lots of software from their shop.
I presume it's copy protected software since the icons in the app manager appear red and the others are blue.
Basically last time i updated my firmware on the phone despite backing up my software I lost the applications and since i'd downloaded them off the Three site I couldn't reinstall them without downloading and paying again... =(
So this time I want to update my phone to use TruPhone and I was wondering if there is a way to keep these copy protected games - they've been installed on the memory card rather than the phone memory, is this enough?
I've had a good look around and can't find anyone asking this but sorry if it's answered somewhere easy =) ty for help

The red box in Application Manager means it is a "native" C++ Symbian app. The blue box says it is a Java app.

Thanks for reply and info.
So I shouldn't worry about my apps as long as they're on the memory card?
