Whenever I turn my phone on it always shows the welcome screen asking me if I want to know how to use my phone etc.?
I think this only started happening since I changed my product code and upgraded firmware (changed product code back & didnt use restore). Any ideas why it might think I am using a new sim or switching it on for the first time every time?

If you let the Welcome App run, and go through the first few screens, then exit you should not see it autorun the next time you reboot the handset.
or you could just delete the welcome application!!!! i did and i deleted all the search apps that were in italian, finnish, german, french, danish and even hebrew and all the other s*** that i was never going to use!!!
