My bluetooth won't turn on. When I try to I get an error message saying bluetooth operation could not be performed.
I've tried every way of turning it on, when I try to send a file I get a 'Sending Failed' message. I even reset the phone but the bluetooth still won't work.
Anyone have an idea why this is?
Check for a firmware upgrade or do a phone format *#7370#.
Already tried a format. Where can I find the latest firmware?
As far as I know I have 3.21, although I don't see how firmware would be causing this as the bluetooth used to work fine.
Use NSU from Nokia support pages for check that. A new firmware improves the phone behavior.
