Hi, sorry if this has been asked before but could someone tell me one thing.
I want to buy the Nokia N95 but one thing is preventing me. I want to know if connecting to a Wifi connection such as my wireless network at home will cost me money on my bill per Mb used.
Could someone please just briefly explain I'd be very grateful.
Thanx alot 😊
Noob Wifi Question Please Help
No, it wont cost you anything. It has nothing to do with your network provider, they can only charge for for data going through their network. In theory, you could connect to you home network without even having the SIM in.
Thanks alot mate best go get myself one then
But you may find the wifi connection keeps dropping out. Explore this and other forums for workarounds that will improve things but at the expense of battery usage.
I must be lucky then, becasue my N95 has never dropped a WiFi signal when using my Home network. I've "browsed" and "Truphoned" from all over my (victorian - thick walls!) house and never lost a connection.
