How is the Vodafone branded N95?
Can the right softkey, live! shortcut be removed?
Do the menu icons change, wen you change the theme?
What are the limitations of an branded againts an nonbranded N95?

Is bad... without SIP. But, re-flash the phone with generic firmware.

Yes the right softkey (as well as the icon shortcuts on the standby screen) can be changed on any firmware.
Tools->Settings->General->Personalisation->Standby->Shortcuts
You can change the two soft keys here.
Tools->Settings->General->Personalisation->Standby->Active Standby Apps
You can change the shortcut icons here.
No, the menu icons remain the same no matter what theme you have installed.
Current limitations are :
1. Removal of integrated VoIP service (Internet telephone) - This can be circumvented by simply installing applications such as fring which works very well.
2. No always the most recent firmware version. Currently the lalest firmware update hasn't been released by Vodafone.
Thats pretty much it.
