Internet Access Problem

Hi

I have had my N95 for about 2 weeks now on the T-Mobile Tariff and until now it's been a great phone.

I did suffer some problems like many people and flashed the firmware a week ago and saw the benefits of this. And also manually configured the Wireless LAN on the phone to stop the dreaded "No Gateway reply" syndrome- again all working flawlessly now.

Anyway I have Truphone VOIP installed and have been using this to make international phone calls. I went into Tools>Settings>Connection>WLAN> Option Key>Advanced Settings and Disabled the Automatic Configuration and changed the TX Power to 4Mw.

Now everytime I connect to the Net using my WLAN or T-Mobile Data bearer service, when connected I cannot browse! Any key stroke brings me back to the main menu and it's driving me nuts.

I have reverted back to the old settings and still no joy. 😡

Can anyone help? I hope it doesn't mean I need to reflash my phone to solve it :frown: ?

What do you think has caused this weirdness?

Thanks Guys

Kais

All sorted now, I was worried that I needed to re-flash the phone, but formatting Drive C: pressing "*#7370#" or what ever the combo is lol fixed the bug and the firmware is still the latest one V 11.

Just need to install apps again.

Phew that was a close call.
