You'll have to address your question to T-mobile I think because it depends on whether T-mobile have complete HSDPA coverage in their 3G network. 3G coverage does not automatically equal HSDPA on all base stations.

In addition the practical experienced speed can/will vary since you'll be sharing bandwith with other users connected through the same base station.

might be too late but im using TMobile UK on web n walk plus and get about 1.3meg connection when in a full 3G area
