First of all i dont know my lock code for formatting (*#7370#) and my IMEI is 351529001801946 if somebody can help me.
secondly, i have a card reader, and i don't know where and how to install software to my 3660.please help.Many thank's

i worked it out but can you help me with a compatible version of quickoffice?

The 3660 is based on Symbian 6.1 and S60 1.2 (1st Edition). So, check with QuickOffice (http://www.quickoffice.com) whether they have a compatible version (possibly not, as it is quite old a device + very limited in terms of available memory/RAM to run such an app).
