Hi
Someone installed anti_theft kind of application on my phone. This application sends one SMS to specified no. whenever SIM is changed or phone is restarted even without changing SIM.
Than he removed the application but phone is still sending SMS .
I tried changing factory default setting it didn't work.
i even upgrade firmware to latest version from Nokia site but nothing worked.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanx in advance.
Only with correct code or with unlock code buy on software house...
Also, they said, that a firmware upgrade solve the problem.
Here's what you can do: find the name of the app with FExplorer and delete it. If it doesn't work, go to tasks and kill all but the phone and then try again to delete the app. If it still doesn't work, delete some of the needed files for that app, e.g. rsc, dll. You can also try hard format.
I've already deleted the application,
i've forgotten name of the application,
how can i hard format?
i think this will help.
I think the best thing is to format both the phone and the MMC. For details on the hard format, look on the sticky thread on 6600 dedicated forum.

I've also tried, several times, 3-key combination format. it's not formating rather it is doing as i entered *#7370# i.e. factory default setting or soft format.
i think after firm upgrade it is no longer an option for me!!!
any other ideas how to hard format my phone.
Repeat the firmware upgrade with NSU. Its an hard format...

Open process list with TaskSpy and see if there is any executable running. Search for it and delete it.
