hi people,

i've read a review somewhere(lost it somehow)and it says that tomtom navigator6 worked fine on s60 v3,so i want to know did it or should i say does it??
wud it work properly on n95??

It works well on S60v3, but for now, only with external GPS module, and not with internal one of N95, as far as I think to know...

No its not compatible with the internal GPS. You can still use it to connect to an external BT one however!

TomTom are allegedly testing a patch for the N95 which will support the internal GPS receiver. Hopefully this patch will be be released via TomTom Home in the next few months.

For now, TT6 works perfectly on the N95 when used with an external Bleetooth GPS receiver. I have been using TT6 on my N95 for about 6 weeks with no problems. Battery life is also significantly better with TT6 on the N95 than it was on the N80.

Don't know where did you read this.
They wrote me they won't release any version compatibile with N95 internal gps.
Tom tom version 7 will be relased on July and it won't support N95 gps.
So, forget Tom Tom forever.....

I hope your information is inaccurate. It seems madness for TT to ignore Symbian phones with internal GPS receivers. TT already supports PDA's with internal GPS. We shall see. Thanks for the info. 🙄
