how do i know if my phone has symbian or not??? or do i gotta download symbian for it??? i have a motorola RIZR v3 and RAZR v3

Neither phone has (is based on) Symbian and you can't get it for either one.
The Motorola Z8 is the only Symbian based device Motorola has now (excluding devices which haven't been manufactured in a few years; A920, A925, A1000).
