when my friend called me ,i used answer machine or call assistant to receive the call or reject it .But My friend complained that they paid a lot of money to call me .
I don't like that. so I need a app can recall received number and auto play my voice messenger to reject caller ,i dont want to send SMS because it isn't useful and not pleasure.
Do u know a app like that ??

When you play a voice message on the phone back to the caller, the phone will still have to pick up (answer) the call for the message, so it will not be free to the caller.

it will not be free to the caller ,i know it but i don't want it. i want to reject the call and auto make a new call to the caller .
now i can reject the call by use black list or black ball but i can't auto recall the received number and play my voice messenger .So i need a app which can auto recall the received number when i like
