I just recieved my phone on the 24th of May I gave it full charge and everything but when I try to power it on it would only come up with a NOKIA screen with no backlight.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

You could try a hard reset, but if the phone is brand new I would send it back for replacement.

The hard reset process is as follows:-

1. Power off the phone (or remove the battery if it will not power off)
2. Press&Hold 3 * and GREEN buttons at same time
3. Power on (still holding the three buttons)
4. Wait 60 seconds (still holding the three buttons)

If the handset still doesn't work after a hard reset, it is faulty.
