Formating Memory Card

Hi,
I just upgraded to firmware version 4.13, but here at nokia Egypt they didn't install the right version of software on my memory card, so I'm trying to format it and reinstall all memory data.sis, but when I try to format it I got a note "In Use" I tried to remove the battery and try again but same note, would you pease help me.

try formating on the pc suite, on your pc.
Make sure the timed lockout is switched off before you try this.

Take out the MMC - Reboot the phone, once it's up and running insert the MMC and try formatting it.
