Hello Everyone,
my first post here, I've tried to check if this problem has addressed before and not come up with anything so apologies if I've missed it.
I've just got an N73 to replace a 6630. I'm really disappointed with some of the photos and would like to know if it's something I'm doing or whether there is a fault somewhere. :con? Basically, on many pictures there seems to be a haze of purple colour around the outside, working in from the corners, with a bright spot in the middle.
I've put 3 online at flickr but I see I'm not allowed to post links until I've made 10 posts. My name at flickr is aitchsee, if that helps.
thanks for your time
Helen
Can't find you on Flickr, but sounds to me like you may have a fault.
thanks lovesign - I'll try again with where the photos are: www dot filckr dot com/photos/aitchsee/
I really think it must be a fault too - guess it will have to go back :frown:

Ok, just had a look. Not good. I'd say there is a problem with the camera. If the colour cast was all over, I'd say it was a wrong setting in the lighting function, but the vignetting of the cast would suggest a problem with the camera itself.
Take it back and get a new one 😊
Good luck 😊

Thanks Lovesign, I did. Carphone Warehouse grumbled a bit and said they couldn't see anything wrong with the picture (on the phone screen!) but they exchanged it eventually.

Hy, try taking more pics with the exchanged n73 and post so we could see the difference..
