For some reason my phone keeps popping up a message that says "Allow SIM card to send message?" It does this randomly I don't know why. It only does this with my Cingular sim card. If I use my T-Mobile sim card it doesn't do it. It's not a prepaid sim card or anything like that, just a regular account. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Try TOOLS > SETTINGS > SECURITY SETTINGS > PHONE AND SIM > CONFIRM SIM SERVICES > No
you may need to insert your sim card in Old mobile and set the SMSC (SMS Center Number) then return it to your new mobile.
some of the java application use the SMSC in the SIM card.
and all the new Nokia mobiles just save the SMSC in the phone not in the SIM
