Can anyone help to slove the problem <keep restarting when using application software

i just buy a NOKIA N76, but it keep restarting when i hear music or use other application...can anyone help me solve this problem!! im using original 512MMC!!!

Since it was a new device should have the most recent firmware version, maybe the only one. Check if you install any third part software that may cause that. You could also format the phone, and try to solve the situation.

i just update the new version firmware for N76, but it still keep restarting when using application!! wat can i do to solve this problem?? thank you for reply my stupid question ya!!!
