Hi all,

I am in Canada currently and i got my phone in Hong Kong and i cant update my firmware thru Nokia Updater. My firmware currently is 10.0.018 and i know its not the most up to date one. Can someone help me ?!

NSU is an auto process. so why you said you can�t? Do you see some error on screen?

watch the video on using the NSS ..
follow the steps ..
pretty much you can't go wrong.
