Arrrg, please help with changing

a ringtone! Can someone please tell me how to change a ringtone on my N72?
I tried all the options and I can see which option and where that give me the access to change the default ringtone? Is there only 1 builtin ringtone or more?

It will also be very helpful to mention to to use my own ringtone?

Place you ringtones (mid, amr, mp3, aac) in C:\Nokia\Sounds or E:\Sounds. After this, go to Profiles, select one and choose Personalize. There you can change your ringtones.
