I know this question has probably been asked many time but I have found solutions but still can't seem to get it working::: Here goes..
My phone is vodafone and firmware 10.....etc....
I want to upgrade to latest firmware but the update says nothing available..I have used NSS to change the product code to Europe 1 and then ran the update again..yet again no update found????
Anyone help please????????

be using the stand-alone updater .. here's a link ..

sounds like you took care of the Product Code .. it can only mean you can't be using the right updater .. ensure you have all the latest software .. and if you're using Vista .. run in XP SP2 compatibility mode (this seems to help)
I now recommend a Hard Reset BEFORE trying the update - of course back all your stuff up to the PC first.
