My manual says to hold down '5' while powering-up and I've tried another key combination (involving 3 and *, I think), but my Sendo-X won't hard reset. Any other suggestions?
Hard Factory Reset
Keep the 5 key held down as you insert the battery. A screen will then be shown in various languages about clearing the phone - left or right soft key to do it or cancel.
