I'm writing on behalf of my friend who is thinking about buying a smartphone. However, the matter is still being put off, since he would like to have certain applications working in the same way as software patches which he has now in his SL45. Our befrended Symbian application writer got married and doesn't have much time to look into the requests that's why I would like to know if it is possible for you to create such applications for Symbian 60v3 (9.1):
1. Answering machine-like application which could automatically record ALL phonecalls without emmiting any sounds indicating that the call is being recorded, and when saving the audio file it could give it a name including some kind of characteristic feature (the number of the caller, the date, or something simmilar). The application would also not limit the length of the recordings.
2. An alarm clock being able to play a recorded voice message stored on the MMC card. You know, you set an alarm for e.g. Wednesday 9.00 and after you turn off the alarm sound you can press one buton to listen to the voice message.
3. A cookoo 😊 An application playing some sound every full hour, or even every 30 minutes.
If any of the mentioned applications already exist, please direct me to them.
