N95 + gmail + GPS issues

Hi everybody, can you please help me? I tried to click on gmail on the phone and it seems to take me to a game instead of going through some gmail setup wizard.

Secondly, whenever I open maps, it takes me to a fixed location and will not update to my current position.

Can anyone enlighten me please? Thank you.

Anthony.

Do a backup, and format the phone with *#7370#. Check also if you have the latest firmware inside!

http://www.google.com/mobile/ to download / install gmail ?

as for the current position thing .. you ought to get the GPS working .. so go stand outside (or near a reasonably unobscured window) fire that up .. when its working you can save your current position .. and set it as the start location.

Good Luck!😊

hi everybody, thank you. I have done the backup and reset and restoring firmware, I have also tried the GPS thingy and no luck!

I'm currently looking at trying the gmail thing now.
