for me its too hard to choose between them

is it worth to buy them or what....

Depends on what you need? If you want a good pictures and if you prefer a non-slider phone go for n73! If you prefer having WLAN and a slider phone go for n80 , N73 ME is the same as N73 its just the software that is different, and comes with 2 Gigabyte miniSD..
