anyone has any idea what's the shortcut for opening a new window inside E61i browser?
i think in nokia communicator is Shift + "Click" on the link and an option will come out, but does not exist on E61i

You can't open a new window in the S60 web browser. It will open a new window if you click on a web page's link that opens in a new window but you can't open a new window manually. The S60 browser is still very much immature and despite its cool features has a number of very frustrating limitations like this one.
I am trying out Opera on my E61i right now and there is an option to open in a New window.

Yep, there is and it works fine. I used Opera Mobile for quite a while after having been disappointed with the built-in browser but even though it has loads of great features that are missing from the built-in browser (open link in new window, remembers usernames/passwords, page up / page down shortcuts, configurable shorcuts, much better zooming capabilities, etc) it also has a lot of problems that made me give up doing any serious web browsing on my E61 altogether.
The main problem with Opera Mobile is its speed, or lack of. Opera Mobile is terribly slow. Loading any page with complex layout or large images can cause it to freeze completely for sometimes up to one minute even over wifi while it desperately tries to render the page. Even when the page is loaded, scrolling can cause it to freeze completely for seconds at a time. There are other niggles as well. You can't open bookmarks in a new window for example making it a chore to open 3 or 4 pages from your bookmarks in separate windows. When version 2 of the E61 firmware came along, it broke the numeric keyboard shortcuts forcing you to press the blue key together with the shortcut key making keyboard shortcuts, which are essential for any serious web browsing on a non-touchscreen device, a real hassle to use. Opera promized to have an update fixing the problem released in November 2006. 8 months later, the update has not yet been released and nobody at Opera bothered to tell us what happened to it. Opera announced Opera Mobile 9 at CES 6 months ago, supposedly the best mobile browser ever, but nobody has heard anything about this new version ever since. I was very enthusiastic about Opera Mobile at the beginning but Opera's complete lack of communication and failure to release much needed updates are now making me regret to have spent $30 in this product. Oh well, not such a big deal anyway.
just click it
I can't send a link of a website to an e-mail address - only via sms to other mobiles.
That's very bad. Any idea how I could manage this problem?

Same answer as before. Opera can, has an option to send as sms mms or email.
