😊
I have recently purchased a 9500 , and probably foolishly purchased a ( holox-BT-321 ) GPS receiver, thinking the software would be easily locatable , but no such luck.I'm looking , < I think > for a copy of tomtom mobile 5, but if I'm not, I'm happy to listen to any wise advice!

I have a 9500 and am considering buying a Holux GPS also to use with http://www.Nav4All.com software which is free. As you have already purchased the GPS, download the Nav4All software and let us know how it performed as there seems to be very little feedback on its use on a 9500.

Thanx for the link moonegs, I've installed it and it looks amazing! I will post again after I've run it a few days.
Before I read your post and in the meantime ( to allow me to post feedback for the Holox on e-bay ) I installed PowerNavigationPro from 'rock your mobile' : well disigned and comprehansive but no maps 😞 not a patch on Nav4All afaict.
Cheers 😊

I look forward to seeing your comments on Nav4All in practice.
If you are into hiking or biking etc, you could also try out Mobile Trail Explorer which is an application where user can view and record tracks using the mobile phone and GPS device. Recorded tracks can be exported in KML or GPX format. KML file can be viewed in Google Earth application at http://code.google.com/p/mobile-trail-explorer/
