E61 with bluetooth GPS receiver BG001 - having issues

Hi,
Trying to use a new "Bluetooth GPS Receiver" Model: BG001
with the Navigation/Position/Trip in-built software.

I have been able to successfully connect to the Bluetooth side of things
but when I request the 'Satellite Status' I get "no satellite data available".

Anyone else had these issues?

I have connected a colleagues bluetooth laptop to it and with their Mapping program it gave the current location correctly.

So I feel it's related to the Navigation/Position/Trip in-built software not quite
working.

Hi,
Please note this does not work with my colleagues bluetooth laptop.
We picked up ANOTHER GPS receiver in the area, which was mistaken with
the BG001.

I have contacted the seller of the GPS and are negotiating an exchange.
