hi downloaded some animated themes for n70 me but after installing it their is no animation the theme is static so how to go about it

You can only animate gif backgrounds and only via 3rd party software.
can you give sites where we can get 3rd party softwares to enable gifs

generally u get these software included with theme installation file.you must allow the program to auto start so that it runs with each restart and work properly
