use your nokia pc suite, to upgrade your firmware.

if theres nothing wrong with your phone, LEAVE IT.

but i did my phone, and battery last for 3 days or more, very fast, only down side is i cant get a balance to see how many credits i have, and i have had to hard reset it, the first time, my phone will be one years old on the 6 of june.

if you live in an area where u have power cuts, use a laptop.

you can download nokia pc suite from nokia website, product support, or search forums.

updated to last firmware version but cannot use the *123# for checking operator settings... is there any way to fix that problem?......and if not can i go back to my old firmware version using ....diego..?...:con? thx in return😉

Once you upgrade, no way to downgrade, only waiting for a newer upgrade for the firmware...
