how to delete maps from smart2go

okay so i was trying to load maps using smart2go maploader onto my n80 and as usual the speed was too slow and i left it over night, when i woke up only 70% was done and so i cancelled, and cleared the maps... i left it for a long time but the data on the device isnt budging. can someone tell me how i can delete the maps manually. and yes nokia, SMART2go SUCKS

hmmm 4 this you need card reader, put your memory card in card reader than go to I:\Private\20001f63\diskcache\
maps are in 272 subfolders, you must delete this subfolders, before that check all subfolders ! thay must have archive attribute not read only !!! than you can delete it ! if you can't find manually diskcache folder, try search it with windows explorer. good luck.

It does for me. Did you connect your phone to your PC with the USB cable and in USB mass storage mode?

yes i did. and it did work for me before as well but it isn't now. i havent been able to find a good enough file explorer for my device.. so can you tell me how i can delete them manually with which free file manager?

you must use your PC & search in windows explorer ! you can't delete maps manually with any phone explorer.
