Wondering if anyone can provide a resolution to this problem I have with my p990i.
I have set up my website to send me an sms whenever someone fills in a particular form.
The sms is received on my mobile, from caller id 'formcomplete'. I have saved this to my p990i contacts list, with an assigned ringtone.
When I have another sms from 'formcomplete', the default ringtone is given.
Also when I click on the caller id, instead of have the option 'view contact', it says 'add to contact'.
Does it matter if my caller id is letters instead of numbers?
I have the lastest firmware:
Phone: CXC162037 R9F011
What can I do?
