Why don't you try doing a Google search for "incoming call display picture symbian s60 v3" and you might get lucky. The first result for example here gives you what you're after.
As an added bonus, it would have taken less typing than your post.
Use Skycaller pro (let's U use pictures or videos 4 in or outgoing calls or messages)
Or use Fscaller (basicually the same but the first one is better)..
You can buy it or do a search on sites 4 a c......d version
