GPS Software

"Best" is a relative/subjective term. Unless the built-in GPS software satisfies you, not many others have yet support for the built-in GPS module. I think Route66 is one of them that do.

Both nav4all.co.uk and amazegps.com work well with the internal gps on the N95 and they are both free. I'm currently testing navig8.wisepilot.com which is a commercial product with maps and it works well so far.

I already saw Route66 work with internal antenna and is better then smart2go. If is the best, it depends from you. For me is real good!

I agree. For external GPS I rate TomTom but Route66 is nearly as good and the version I have works with the internal GPS so I use that most.
