Unlocking the 5500 with NSS?

Has anyone got a code for a contract free version?
I would like to out just nokia firmware on it and also unlock it for use in the states.

NSS cannot ne used to remove the SIM lock.

Any one have the handset codes so that I can upload neutral firmware?
