Update firmware

i have a NOKIA 7610 and my current phone software version is
v 4.04214.4ch can i update it to V5.0509.0, 01-03-05, RH-51
if it is possible some one please explain me how

Only if you have the firmware and with Phoenix.

Firmwre shoud be free, as long as the update is made via NSU. With Phoenix you need to search it on internet. Phoenix is not free, and you might damage your phone for good so... if you don't need firmware upgrade, then don't do it. It's cheaper to take your phone to a service and let them do the upgrade for you.
