anyone know if there is combatibility issues with nemisis service suite and vista, installed nss last night and it doesnt detect my n95 then ends up crashing.tried uninstalling/installing several times, sorry to start another thread on this but i couldn't find a definate answer in the previous posts, any help would be brill.thanks

I also couldn't get NSS and Vista to work. I'm not certainly but I don't think there's anyone on these forums who had succeeded, so it's probably true that the current version of NSS isn't compatible with Vista. Your best bet is to install it on an XP machine if possible.

NSS isn't compatible with Vista... but do this...

Right click on the NSS icon then choose Properties, click Compatibility tab. Make sure the 'Run this program...' box is ticked and choose Windows XP SP2 from the dropdown list. In the Settings box make sure 'Disable visual themes' is checked.

Click OK.

Double click on the NSS icon as you usually would and it should work fine.

Just to add my 2 pence worth, NSS worked find on my vista machine. I'm not using latest version of NSS though, not sure if that makes a difference.

i think that will make a difference, i tried to source earlier releases of nss but couldn't find any.

Had no problems using with Vista and the latest version (using the XP SP2 compatibility and visual themes not on)
