bluetooth problem

hi guys,

i have bought a new bluetooth USB dongle, connected and installed it on my pc. my computer is able to identify my phone (N70) when connected to bluetooth. but my phone is not able to identify my pc. it says no devices found.

i have tested all the connections and settings in the software. everything seems to fine. but same problem persists.

any sugesstions would be of great help.

I don't know what software is provided with your bluetooth dongle, but saw such problem before and it was totally 'cuz of the old software & driver.

I'll recommend you to download the new version of your software & driver from the internet and try it again. I don't think the phone has any problem.

For example: If your bluetooth software is blue soleil or your dongle is compatible with that there is a new version for that bluesoleil v2.3.0.0, try using that.
