as you can see in the youtube video my N95 screen randomly goes blank, stops responding when the phone is, goes upside down, colours change and flicker (all very red / yellow etc)

also which i dont think is seen in the video the screen changes colours and "pushes" sideways, and sometimes scrolls right over, kinda like bad reception on a TV!
i also get what i can only describe as white noise appearing, see pic at bottom
Whats happened?
Is this some virus, or has my phone broke.
If its broke, whats happened, one minute it was fine and the next its not, ive not dropped it or got it wet
please help im getting worried
It seems like the ribbon is damaged.

It could be the ribbon has come loose.
If you are brave, you can use a torx screw driver and get access to the screen very easily. It's 4 torx screws, from the front slider bit. slide up, undo 2 screws, slide down undo the last 2. then the front slider bit comes off easily and u gain access to the screen.
I actually had to open my n95 as the slider was loose,. The front panel would rock quite a bit if i had the phone slide all the way up and applied pressure on the bottom of it. click, click, rockity rock each time i pressed any keys on front slider bit very annoying, but all fixed now....
Or if your not brave and dont want to risk your warranty if something goes wrong, take it to a nokia service centre.

Took it to Carphone Warehouse today, said theyd replace it free of charge, but didnt have any in stock so its getting delivered tomorrow morning.
No hassle, very pleased with the service.
