I'm new to the forum. I'm used to read it from time to time looking for tips and help for some other issues. I always found out that a similar thread was already discussed so I hadn't to start a conversation. However, this time I can't find anyone with a similar issue.
3 days ago, suddenly, for no reason my phone just began not showing numbers when I use the keyboard. It only shows special characters like the ones you get using * when writing a message. The problems are obvious so I can't dial numbers (I must use the voice recognition if they are stored in the agenda), I can't write messages, store numbers in the agenda ... I've tried already updating the firmware (it didn't work). I tried hard reset using green+3+* and nothing. I wanted to reset using *#7370# but I can't type those characters 😡 . I don't know what else to try. Please, if anybody can help me I will really thank you.
